They said if I give them 3000.00 dollars they could get my morgage modified too fit my budget and I would be able too afford it. come to find out my morgage co. (emc morgage) does not even deal with third parties, and they did absolutely nothing for me. when i tried too call and get answers from them they would make up excuses and say they were working on it. they told me they had 65 lawyers who do this work all the time and know who too talk to. they have done nothing for me and have changed there phone no. or is no longer in service. they con people into thinking they will help you with your morgage, and even tell you to miss some payments so you get the morgage co."s attention, which i did but i am the one that got my morgage modified with lots of persistance on my own.
