I ordered product on 6/19 and even upgraded and the product was never received. they said they sent it and was delivered but it was definitely not received. I don't want a refund I want the product I was promised.
Update: 07/13/2013
1 week later still nothing. Company did contact me to refund or reship after a wild goose chase for a ghost package. I am still skeptical that anything will come of this though.
