THE SAME STORY , WE PAID FOR SERVICES , AND THEY DON'T EVEN HELP US OUT , THESE COMPANY PROMISED ME THAT THEY WOULD HELP ME WITH BANK OF AMERICA , IT TOOK A YEAR AND I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF , BANK OF AMERICA SAID THAT THEY ONLY CALL ONCE, I TRIED CALL EDWARD FIGUEROA WAS MY CASE MANGER AND JASMINE MENDEZ WAS THE ONE HELPING WITH THE PAPER WORK , THE RESULTS WERE THE GAVE FOR 40 YEARS AND THAT I HAD TO EXPECT IT TO GO FOR IT,AFTER I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T LIKE THE DEAL, THEY SAID THAT I HAD TO TAKE IT IF NOT I WAS LOSING MY HOME, SOME PLEASE MAKE THEM PAY .....ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ......
