I phoned the 800 number to order the hose after watching the infomercial. The whole order was taken by a computer and was very confusing. By accident i ordered the rugged terrain version which upped my price to 29.95 for the hundred ft version. I ordered 3 sets 208.?? Which they promptly deducted from my bank acct. they charged 58.00 for s&h. It arrived fedex and there was only 1 set. I immediately hooked it up, turned thee water on and the spray nozzle shot across the yard. I call and talked to a foreigner and explained i only received one set not three and i was sending it back because it was a piece of junk. I got the RMAa number and sent priority mail. They received on a Fri. Was told on mon, tues, and fri no record of return. I went to my bank and disputed the charge and brought all my paperwork. My bank gave me a provisional credit. 2 weeks later flexable hose issued me a credit of 29.95. Not acceptable. I call and got more runaround from them. I dont know what the outcome will be. They r crooks. Beware!
