I paid Don Hoover a one time fee for a "summary judgment" in the amount of $3500, which was noted on the check I gave him. The check was given to NIX HOOVER & KRECK LAW OFFICE in april of 2012 and it was agreed by both parties that this was a one time final payment to get me the summary judgment. Now Don is trying to say more work was done and he wants another $1500 and we never talked about more costs. My check is proof of our agreement and it states it is for a summary judgment. There was never a contract to do hourly work or pay more if he thought necessary.
