Thank goodness I decided to order this hearing aid for my husband on line instead of by phone other wise I'd never have seen the warnings . My husband has had trouble hearing since he was hurt in Iraq by 2car bombs so yeah I would have been pissed if I had spent his diability on crap thanks to everyone who warned us
