I saw online there was a deal for Jupiter, try out for free. Once I went through the process of inputting my information it asked for a credit card and because it did not say shipping was included I figured the cost was for the shipping. NO where did it say I was ordering FIVE bottles at $159.00. I immediately called to cancel the order and was told I cannot cancel once ordered. I told them it hasn't been five minutes and they said the order was processed and on it's way! I told them I thought it was a bottle for free and if I had to make a purchase I will agree to order ONE bottle. That is when I was told she can only offer me a discount of 30%. I made it perfectly clear I did not want the product nor the 30% discount and asked for a supervisor. She told me the supervisor was in a meeting and cannot come to the phone. At that time I said okay, asked her for her name and hung up. I called right back and spoke to a male who told me the exact same thing. I asked for both names as well as a name to the supervisor. The female said she cannot give me a name to the supervisor and the male said he can only give me the first name. I'm not sure if any of the names I received are real or not but I will not stop until I get my money back.
