I recently found out I have diabetes and saw their infomercial online about their Diabetes Kit. It sounded like the info I had been seeking as it included items to buy and to avoid while food shopping so I purchased the kit for ~$52.00. My wife noticed that they had debitted $222.10 from my account. The portals you had to go through to get to the final checkout were shady at best and made no mention of any further charges. I had to cancel my card. This happened after 5pm EST on a Friday and they have no way for you to contact them. Very misleading.

- Hi, anonymous. You can contact the company at 888-356-1146. All the contact information is also on the website, and likely in the emails you received about your order as well. It sounds like you chose optional up sells on the website. Since there is a 365 day money-back guarantee, they will refund you if you give them a call. In most cases, you can contact your bank and they'll work with you as well, if the business is closed. It's likely you didn't need to go as far as to cancel your card. Best regards.
