MY SERVICES WITH COMCAST HAS BEEN A BAD RIDE. I MY SERVICE IS BASED ON A PHONE CALL, SOME CUSTOMER DO NO HAVE A PHONE, OR THEY SERVICES IS NOT ON OR WORKING. THEY WANT TO MAKE APPTS THAT BENEFITS THE CONTRACTORS AND NOT THE CUSTOMERS. I MADE APPT A MONTH AGO AND STILL DO NOT HAVE THE SERVICES THAT I AM PAYING TO GET. I LIVE ON A FIX INCOME BUT STILL PAY MY BILLS. I SHOULD HAVE GOT MY DVR ONE YEAR AGO AND TODAY I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE SERVICES. I SHOULD GET A DISCOUNT FOR THE TYPE OF SERVICES THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FOR THE YEAR. LAST NIGHT I CALL A TECH AND THEY MADE THE SITUATION WORST
