i was contact via facebook about winning some money. i thought it was a friend but it ended up being someone else. i had contact the person about the winning money and the person said i won but i needed to give some information and pay a fee so i paid the fee and i didn't get the money so tried to contact the person and i kept getting the run around. the payment was done by western union on 6-24-13 and a little on 6-26-13. i was told i would recieve the money by UPS the very next day but the person kept giving an excuse.
