My 2 kids started playing this game free at first. They asked first to try weekly VIP then when the week was just about up they asked to renew it. I let them do so for a few wks and they asked about getting VIP for a month. I let them do that as well. They each had 2 accounts on this game. When the month was up I let them renew. Finally I figured I would let them get the longer VIP for $39.99. Right around that time I noticed all the charges coming from my bank. When they renewed it would charge the new charge as well as the original charges. When you get the week VIP then upgrade to the month, it doesn't cancel out the week ones!! And so on and so on. When you try to contact the company they say they don't have a phone number and all has to be done by email. I the emails they answer maybe once a week and keep asking what the acct names are and the last four digits of the credit cards. They do this over and over. Knowing I have been saying the accts have been cancelled for months they still continue to take money from my bank. My bank balance has gone negative causing me to pay fees. This is the most obnoxious and ridiculous rip off I have ever come across. Something needs to be done to get everyone their money back plus whatever fees we have charged as a result of their thievery.
