I thought I would give you a try to see if you can help as you have dealt with this company before. I joined justhookup following seeing their site advertisement and seeing the vast number of search result profiles for my dating needs.
So I signed up for one month and on doing so was offered a one time only lifetime membership. This totalled 77.76 gbp which equates to 119 usd.
I then started using the site and quickly realised that their profiles and contacts were in fact bots and fakes, either that or they were cam girls after more money.
Dissatisfied I contacted their support asking for a refund and to have my profile and membership cancelled and deleted (within 4 hours of joining) and since then I have written to them three times (asking the same) and still I have had no reply (even though they state they will reply in less than one hour).
As it stands now I have thrown away my money on a falsely advertised and fraudulently run fake service with empty promises and zero customer services.

A little movement. Justhookup has now said they have cancelled my subscription but as of yet no one has addressed m request for a refund and to have my profile deleted.
I've looked high and low for a contact telephone number in the uk (as their address is their) but without success. -
