This offer popped up while I was checking my mail online. It was advertized as a legitimate legal business. After I payed the $97 start-up fee they requested an additional $200 to access more necessary sites to start the business. This led to requests for more money which I denied. This offer is supposed to have a money back guarantee if not satisfied. I have been contacted by phone with offers to set me up with exclusive "gold club" type membership with all the perks at the cost of several thousand dollars which the rep tried unsuccessfully to have me take out a loan for. I have not tried to contact Home Cash Flow Solutions but am prety sure my chances of a refund are slim to none.
