Nov 2011, I paid for 1 month. After finding out that the site uses scripted accounts to make users think there are people interested in them, I cancelled the service, and got a refund. What I didn't know, was that they hadn't cancelled my account, but had given me a year free (a year to forget about what happened), and after that free year had lapsed, they started charging $22.72 monthly. It was my fault that I didn't notice until there were 7 charges, but they would not work with me (despite acknowledging I hadn't logged into the site since Nov2011) and would only refund the past 3. I'm still out 90.88 for a horrible 'service' I didn't use.

TLDR: Make sure they send you a confirmation email when you cancel the account.
