I used to make payment of their monthly bills on line.The somehow used my credit card to get paid wrongfully.I lodged complaint with the bank that had issued me the card.The bank asked me to get in touch with the Nu Era telecom.They info me that they had got my credit card # from me when I hired them to provide me long dist calling.I cancelled my agreement with them.They charged me extravagant bill,didnt provide the details.My request to refund my deposit has been ignored.They had promised to refund my deposit in May.When the month May they told me I would get my deposit in June.Now they say my deposit will be refunded in Aug19.2013.Their ph# 5612459979 My ph# (Personal Information Removed).Sincerely M S Mirza
