Hello Dean Graziosi,

Life is like a box of chocolate you never know what you are going to get, I attended your seminar in Atlanta and left the meeting feeling on top of the world, I purchased your packet at $1997.00 thinking what did I have to loss and there was no where to go but up. I would receive a real estate sales packet and get a three day training class that would set me on my way and when I made my first purchase and flip it in 90 days I would get my $1997.00 reimbursed. I would be able to go out and purchase homes with no money down, pay you a percentage of my sale and with hard work and sheer determination be set in maybe 5 years at the most.

The surprise, I get to the 3 day training class to find out in order to get all this help with purchasing my property I have to spend another $21,000.00-$42,000.00 dollars. Also the notes I took in the 1st seminar no money out of my pocket, no credit of mine, all wrong. Because your financing came with impossible stimpulations. In order to get 100% funding I have to do a back to back closing , for a home I want to flip and sell I only get $75% funding the other 25% really do come out of my pocket, and the rental property 50% the other 50% come out of my pocket. In the first seminar it was said no up front fees to use funding you just forgot to mention the 25%-50% depending on the purchase. In the 1st meeting it was stated 100% of transaction charge 2% after close of what was funded and $495.00 per deal you just forget to mention the back to back closing. On the final day of my 3 day training I was in a so called consultation with my rep/assistant for over half of the class with him finding all the reason I was guinea worm, while he tried to convince me how important and benficial it was for me to pay for the advance training. I had already began to second guest the $1997.00 I had spent and how all the information was not revealed at the 1st meeting. I did not want any more surprises. With my back up against the wall I am trying to find me a property in this 100 day time limit to beat the odds of getting my $1997.00 back. In future to be the true, honest, business man I have heard so much about from the people you hire to do your seminars give all the information up front because if you really believe in what you are selling you should not have to withhold information with the fear or Guinea worm that people will not buy what you are selling.
