logged into usps.com as usual done several time . as usual submitted my credit card for $1.
but when i rece3ived my credit card bill there was charge fro 19.95 charged to my acct by change my address.com it is a mystery how they gotr into usps.com or hacked into it and stole the info without my consent and chrged on my credit card. how can they get into UNITED STES agencies. with or without them knowing about it.
