I contacted the company on above date to make change of card number...My soscial security check is directly deposited on that account. I specifically ask if I would receive the card before 6-26-13 to which a gentleman reassured me, twice. Since you state you record for training purposes, etc. you can get verify the above call. I have cut-offs and bills to be paid on that day. If I had been told the 7 to 10 working days information I received on phone (today). I would have waited to make the change. Now water service, to which I had received an extension for 6-26-13 will be cut off and city of Weleetka requires a $50 reconnection fee, then my credit will be ruined with furniture creditor I told I would be paying on 6-26-13. The wrong information I received really have put in a bad shape.
