They remove my gas meter from my propertie, and disconnected the line from the street without a single notification or for what reason .I have no delinquincy bills.Their excuse was that gas has not being in use 3 to 4 years, which is not correct. My service was installed new last year as of may 2012,and the gas was active .As a proof,I have bills fully paid as of august 2012,also I had a plumber servicing my heating system last year as a additional proof, who use to work for the national grid companie.Last june of 2012 I was injured, and I ordered the gas companie to temporaly shut my gas to avoid the minimum charges,at a condition that I will have to pay $60 for reconnection fee which I agreed upon. This year when I called them to reconnect my gas, they remove the meter instead, cut the line from the street, and want me to pay over $500 to install new lines which was already done last year.I have being calling their departement since, and everyone try to find excuses just for me to pay the mistake they made by not having the right informations on their computer.
