i bought a wedding dress from this website. they even asked me to add and additional amount of 30usd from the original price as i asked for additional long sleeves. however upon receiving the outfit, it wasnt the same as in the picture that was posted on their website. it was a different lace material design from what they had showed. i even took a close up picture of the dress on their website and the one that ive received side by side to show the difference of design and they were so oblivious to it and kept on saying the dress that i receive is beautiful and so on. they avoided my question when i asked them why did i not receive the same exact one like on their website. and to compensate for it, they showed a similar gown as a replacement but it still not the same and when asked why they did not give the one i asked for, they avoided the question. the dress cost me 530USD and that is alot to bear. in the end they finally told me they couldnt make the dress that is exact same on their website.
i am very furious as i would consider that cheating and fraud. people order and pay money to get what they see. and i did not.
they told me to return them the dress and i will get back my refund,however ive come acrossed other complaints whereby other customers did not receive their refund upon returning the dress.
