Me and my friend were suppose to recieve our dogs (pomeranian) from pet airways. We waited fours days for them and after the fourth day we called back to the guy who was dealing with us.he kept saying they are coming. We then looked on the internet and found similiar reports about pet airways being a scam. The guy used the same email address and everything that was in the email was written the same word for word as shown on the internet. we lost out 200.00 and were lucky to get 400.00 back but we advise people to be careful when getting animals online.
