My husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary in Charleston, SC. We had always wanted to go there and decided to make it happen because it was such a special time for us. It was in August so it was muggy and hot but because of a hurricane that was coming along the costal area we received a substantial amount of rain on a day we were out without an umbrella. A man asked us if we wanted to come in and listen to there presentation just to get in out of the rain and promised coupons to places we were going. It was the rain that got us to go in. We are middle aged people and have been down the road of believing in the too good to be true and we normally just keep on walking. Once inside there were just us and one other couple when they made their presentation. They told us that if you were not going to travel then this wouldn't be good for you but if you were then you could save thousands of dollars with their service. We were told that we would never have to talk to a computer and would always have a travel agent at the end of a telephone line that would listen to our needs and provide us with personal service in order to find the perfect place for us. We were told that we could get discounts on condos and cruises and hotels up to as much as 30 percent but never less than 10 percent off of the lowest price. We were told that we would be able to get a discount on Sandals resorts and although we couldn't get airline discounts, if we would rent a car even if we didn't use it then we could get a discount through the package of flying plus a rent a car that would give us a cheaper airfare. We had a daughter living in Colorado with her husband and our newborn grandson and we planned on going to see her as much as possible and we have always wanted to go to Sandals resort so we thought wed at least make our money back. I asked them to put it in writing about how much we would receive back on a refund check for discounts and they refused to write down the percentage on paper stating that the man that owned the company would be upset if we added that to the contract and we would never get more than 10 percent. He added that there should be some degree of trust and then reminded me that he was in a city of lawyers on every corner. I was tired, wet and almost had heat stroke that week so I was not thinking clearly but the main thing is that our daughter was in Colorado and I wanted to see her as much as I could. I told them this as well. My husband is too big of a believer in people and didn't understand why that I would want the percentage promised to us for a refund check and that their rate would be lower than any other out there. I finally gave up and gave in. I have yet to save money in any hotel. They want you to book through hotels.com and that is what we are told to do. What do we need them for then and where is the attentive service that we were promised? There never are condos where you want to go that are available for the weekly rate that we were promised of roughly $200. I had listened to their spill and figured that as much as we travel that a couple of weekly condo rentals would make up for the cost. No such luck since there are no condos available on the list that they put in their site in any of the areas that we'd like to go. We were also promised that if a place was not on the list that they would work with us to find a place that would save us tons of money. The truth is that they promised us services that were never rendered and that they told outright lies and made false promises in order to get our money. These people scammed me out of more money than the entire vacation cost. They charged us $3,400 for nothing but air. We need our money back! This was nothing but theft because the services they promised were simply never there. They charged us for services not rendered. They broke whatever contract that they were supposed to have with us by not giving what they promised. They made sure not to put too much on paper as far as promised services but there is also a verbal contract and everything that the man doing the presentation said is binding. I either want my money back or the trip of a lifetime to make up for the loss of funds. This cannot be legal. I cannot set up a company, provide false claims and promises, take money from people and not go to jail. They think that they have their bases covered but they are not. The man speaking promised that there would always be a person on the telephone to speak with us and help us to find the perfect place and that we would never have to worry with booking another vacation. That alone is breech of contract. They are telling people to book through the hotel.com and when I called hotel.com they had never heard of the vacation station. Someone there might be but the people that I spoke with did not and I called several times when travelling on the road trying to get the ever illusive discount on my room. I have always been trying to recoup some of our money. This has been nothing but robbery. I would just like a refund due to breech of contract. I would settle for a luxury vacation at a place of my choosing that was worth $3,400 on the market where prices and listings could be checked. If they can get it for a discounted rate and still give my husband and me a vacation that would've cost that much we would settle for that. We cannot pay that kind of money for air. I have been sick or I would've done something before now. My neighbor is a good friend and a good lawyer and would charge me nothing to take this case. I would rather have it settled this way without having to do that. Please get our money back or help us get the equivalent. Every person that has been scammed deserves their money back or choice of services promised. My 25th anniversary that was spent in the most beautiful city that I and my husband had dreamed of and saved for has a memory attached to it that shouldn't be there. It involves lies, scams and betrayal and puts mental anguish on us every time that we think of it. It has tarnished what should be one of our greatest memories in life. i am not in good health and the stress of this has also hurt me physically. I have PTSD from being taken in this way. I have a disease that causes much physical pain and stress makes it worse. This has caused us pain and suffering and hurt us physically, mentally, monetarily and even spiritually to a degree. Please help.

  • Someone has to initiate a top class Action Suit against this fraudulous, so called SECURITY ELITE GROUP, so they can be exposed as well as their working scams, cheating with deception and other fraudulous activities, cheating poor people of their hard earned money. Be careful of them since they will rip you off so hard that it will be too late to realize that you are no more with your clothes on.
