I registered with LifeMates, the Relationship People, thinking I would be able to be matched up with a Jewish partner. I told the guy I was Jewish when I registered. He assured me that they had "hundreds" of Jewish members and that matching me up with someone who was Jewish would "not be a problem". After I was matched up with three members who were definitely NOT Jewish I contacted them and asked them about it saying that he had told me I could be matched people from Toronto. The woman I spoke to on the phone said "Honey, you don't think that people are going to want to drive al the way from Toronto to London (which is where I live) just to have a date? Besides, we don't have very many Jewish men in our database". The end result? I spent all that money and have yet to be matched with ANYONE, Jewish or not! It is a rip off. Don't sign up with this service.
