I have been keeping quiet publicly, while attempting to work with Mr. Matthew K. Baker (1.4.67) of Seattle/Bellevue, WA, without having to pay a balance that I obviously do not owe. But enough is enough! I can't take this anymore! Ever since Sept. 20, 2012, Mr. Baker has been defaming me throughout the Internet, hoping to manipulate/scare me into paying around 63,000 in a lost investment that he voluntarily partook during the summer 2012, along with six other business associates (including me- I lost $150,000). Since September, he has been blaming me personally of the loss and has been attacking me throughout the Internet, claiming I am wanted by the FBI and have people looking for me because of his lost investment. And since September, I have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in business (over $200,000 -I have the documented proof to back the lost value), not to mention the hard and timely earned respect from former colleagues and associates. At present, my reputation among these colleagues are poor at best. And overall, my respect in the electronic distribution community is extremely questionable. This is due to the online comments and tactics of Mr. Baker (he also reached out to clients and attempted to persuade them in partaking business with his newly developed company and to defame my business in the process).

His comments even motivated others to believe that posting online comments themselves is a way to make resolve other issues. Thus, I have been fighting their comments as well. I am aware of the association because several people noted Mr. Baker's comments as the motivator of their comments.

Also, his comments continued and grew during moments I attempted to seek resolve and mutual understanding with him. I even offered to care for some of his personal expenses, as he cried to have spent his entire child support and life savings on the business deal (which was his choice). I was a fool to have felt sorry for him.

I cannot stress enough how much financial and psychological stress he has caused me. In a recent apology he made online, he has admitted the following: "I deeply regret what has transpired to Sebastian. I understand and know the damage and embarrassment it has caused him. I do realize that Sebastian has suffered emotionally, psychologically and financially due to the incident." I need to point out that, because I refused to give him money after the posting of the apology, he continued posting comments against me, calling me a habitual liar in the process.

I am in the process of seeking civil remedy against him, while there is a restraining order in place against him also (he has made several threats against me, which forced me to notify the police).

There are no words that can explain how much of a challenge and stress Mr. Baker has placed me under. I would like to personally advise anyone who may suggest doing business with Mr. Matthew K. Baker to please do so with extreme caution. If he doesn't get his way, he will respond with obtuse aggression. No one deserves to do business this way.

(As a side note, since he has claimed I owe him over $63,000, he has not taken legal action against me.)
