I thought that it be better if I just contact you so that you can gain a full understanding of a business that is unscrupulous, takes advantage of folks and is, in my opinion, unreasonable. I will say this too, they are thieves. I went in and decided that a gym membership would be a good thing for me. I signed up for the $10.00 a month (cancel any time program) and guess what? Yep, I got taken. Thank God I never gave the bank routing/account number they wanted or this would be FAR worse.

You should investigate these people – They are very uncooperative on the phone once you join as they tell you (after pressuring for a trainer) that they are not associated with them. WOW! The office is in their facility???? Paper on the door said “Log in Your Correct Hours or You Will Be Terminated.”

That was my first time in after signing up and, I told Josh that if that is how you treat people, I want nothing to do with this. No refunds, $25.00 cancellation fee, complete lack of respect. I tried to be reasonable and got so mad! Maybe I can help someone avoid a hassle down the road.

  • As with the other folks who have responded here know this. I never gave out my back account and routing number due to a bad prior experience. Thank the good lord as they want that information more than anything! I paid via credit card and have since cancelled the card so that they can not take any additional monies from me.

    I am starting to believe that there are NO honest health clubs out there. I signed up on a promotion. Gave it a week and met with the trainer taht they wanted me to meet with. Disliked the contact and the sign on the door and said - Nope. I never touched a piece of equipment in the place and asked that the money be refunded - Again, I never did even one workout!

    That is when you "hit the wall" and they shut you down. I reported them to the BBB as well.

    Some is my fault for being plain stupid. Much is on their plate as in one week with no workouts they take all your money and charge you a cancellation fee. Ethically incorrect!

  • In reviewing the other complaints I think it would be helpful to re-post this here as, when contacted, any facility says that each is a franchise and there is no main number.
