fusion lab 3 (Hoodia Fusion)

In November of 2010 I ordered a product called Hoodia Fusion for my girlfriend; she didn’t want it so I returned it and cancelled any future shipments. What I did not realize is that my card has been charged every month since then for $68.45 (11/2010-08/2011) for a total of $616.05! I would have investigated the charge earlier but I did not notice it or thought it was one of my auto payments. The bottom line is that I received nothing in the mail in the last 10 months and revoked any authorization to charge my card last year by phone. There are numerous other claims of unauthorized charges from this scam listed on the internet. I have tried to contact the “Hoodia Fusion” company and their phone # (888)449-7788) is disconnected, the website goes nowhere and I have got no response by mail. I contacted the number listed on my 08/2011 credit card statement (Fusion Labs 3 (866)925-2123); the call center said they are only a billing company and could cancel any future billings but could not refund any amount. In the 10 months that I was fraudulently charged the other billing companies include: Elgtech (888)729-1134 (charged 01/07/2011) and Auction Lab (866)697-1768 (charged 03/7/2011).
