I sent 3items of 9ct jewellery worth approx £150-£200 to the British gold refinery on 15th May. They quickly confirmed they received the items, and offered me 3 different valuations over the next week, despite me declining the first offer on the 17th May they kept on offering various amounts.
This was the last time I heard from them.
They don't reply to emails, the phone number goes straight to voicemail, needless to say I've not had a response to the voice messages I left.
So they have my gold, they don't respond to my attempts to contact them.
So next step? Action fraud? Police?
