IMVU has become near impossible to comply to its terms of service, they will find any excuse to suspend or even permanently delete your account.
I had an account over 5 years that they permanently deleted and refuse to listen to appeals after appeals. There is no way to talk to this company, they even silence you if you try and share your story with other users.
They suspend accounts for anything from 2 weeks to a month knowing users will just start another account, generating them more income. I had an account suspended for a joke made in a room for 2 weeks after a user reported the joke 3 times. They refused to negotiate. They also permanently took an account from me after I continually tried to inform them about a user who was underage and they refused to listen as the user had the account false verified.
