Dear Sirs
Early this year (in March) I received my order of Hawaiian Eye DVD box set and when I checked on the discs I found a lot had been duplicated. Since then I have sent 3 emails to Jax Jade.Com and asked them to replace them. I was told by a women (don't know her name) that they had sent the replacements to me. This was in late March. Since then I HAVE NOT had any response from them at all. I am still waiting for the correct discs to be sent to me.
I am absolutely fed up with this mob.

Regarding my Hawaiian Eye DVD I have a total of 45 episodes that I have not received. The COD is 1667-1973114176.
