Scammed my mother for $599.00 for a "Lifetime" anti-virus software for her computer. She allowed five hours of remote access to her computer, gave them her credit card information and now, her computer is JUNK! Many pop-ups, icon's missing (banking ones, VERY concerning), and they hung up on me when inquiring about the issues. Bad new people...stay away. I've reported them to the FBI, Attorney Generals Office, Better Business Beaureu as well as the State Police.
