Text STOP to Deal Flag the moment a text was sent saying the are charging me $19.99 for a service THAT WAS NOT USED. Contacted the Service #1800-258-7293 immediately the next day (charge happened after hours), which is a call center that puts you on an "URGENT list" stating a rep will call back within 24 hrs from Deal Flag. Supposedly, Deal Flag does not have a direct number. Called 5 TIMES (3/26, 4/30, 5/15, 5/31, 6/5/2013). ( Emailed twice (4/30/13). NO RESPONSE. Tmobile charged my bill $19.99 in addition to regular used services. When I refuse to pay the third party $19.99, Tmobile sent me a text telling me I would be charged a reactivation line fee of $19.99 if full payment of $19.99 was not rendered. Technically coerced into paying $19.99 either way. Charged March 26, 2013, its June 5 now. Complete SCAM.
