I placed my order on April 18th, 2013. I received an email stating it would be shipped on or by May 10, 2013. The email also stated the shipment would arrive within 10 to 14 business days. My bank account shows the payment being made on May 9th, 2013. By law, you cannot charge until the order is ready for shipping, so the order must have been shipped on May 9th or the latest May 10th. Today is the 15th business day, not even counting the 10th of May. It has not arrived, and if it doesn’t arrive very soon, it will be too late to plant! If these are seeds, they need to be in the ground ASAP in order to harvest on time. If they are plants (because the website does not clearly state one way or the other) then they will likely be dead by the time they get here! I tried to call the number, pushing the proper sequence of numbers to get to customer service, but all I get is music interspersed with silence and then it disconnects. I am extremely unhappy with this service!
