My wife and I scheduled an anniversary trip with these people in May. We received an email that stated "Thank you for your Resort Vacation Request. At this time your request is being processed but is not yet guaranteed. We will send a status notification email within five business days. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have received your reservation confirmation." We waited until the day before we were supposed to leave and called the resort to make sure they had our reservation, they did not. So, we called OVC and explained the situation to them and they said that we were confirmed for the trip. I then told the lady that we called the resort and they had no record of us. we were put on hold for a long time when she finally came back on and said she had called the resort which was in Mexico but she could not confirm that we actually did have a reservation because their reservation section closed at 5PM and would not open until the next morning at 9AM. She told us to call the resort at 9AM the next day. I informed her that we were scheduled to be on a plane on the way to Mexico at that time. I asked if we could cancel and get our money back and she told me that she could try but there would be no guarantee. We ended up having to book a different trip through Hotels.com and incur additional cost so that we could go and enjoy our anniversary trip. I have emailed OVC three times trying to get some resolution, but they have not answered any of my emails. They did answer my emails when they were taking my money.
