I paid a subscription fee to ADVANCED TECHNICAL SUPPORT for three computers; two of which I requested their service. I spent more than twenty hours on the site waiting forthhe service. The first computer tppk about eight hours for repairs and a tune-up; the second computer never was serviced. I was passed along from technician to technician but none of them serviced that computer and this was after over twenty hours and I finally gave up. I attempted to call several times but no response and I was asked to leave a recorded message. I gave the problem and my phone number but I was never contacted. I cannot hide my opinion that this organization is a scam - nmuch to my regrets and loss of money. My wife a I are almost eighty and our only income is social security - this really causes problems for us. The total cost was $300 and the problem covered the period of June 1 to June 2,2013.
