I fell for this "too good to be true" free sample and got horribly sick within three-four days of taking the pills. I stopped taking them, sent the remaining pills back and canceled my subscription within the allotted time. They had already sent me an additional supply before the trial period expired so I had to return those too at my own expense. After being on hold in their automated system forever I finally was able to cancel my subscription - this was all in April/May of 2011. After I canceled they sent me another bottle claiming I had two separate accounts and had only canceled one of them even though they both had the same account number! I sent that shipment back, again at my own expense and finally got an email for a person at corporate to handle my complaint, Glen Arnell [email protected] - he did respond, admitted no fault and said I would get my money back as soon as I sent the shipment back. That was four months ago. Haven't heard from them since. This is the most overt scam I have ever seen or heard of. Because I filled out a bunch of paperwork with my bank on the unauthorized electronic debit I was able to recover the first two bogus debits of $80 each, but when I sent the paperwork for the second occasion, the bank didn't receive it and I didn't find out until after the deadline for recovering my funds through their help. I have since contacted the company again threatening to take action in small claims court and hope to hear back from them that way. If there is ever a class action suit filed against them - count me in!
