I ordered 2 sets of buy 1 get 1 free @ 19.99 and called my bank when there was a dispute in my balance. I was informed by my credit union where the charges came from. I tried to obtain a number, but none is listed. I was instructed to contact them, and inform them of the charges. I have to wait until it clears to file a form with my credit union.
