The Federal Trade Commission has been established to monitor companies operating inside of the United States. We are a Consumer Protection Agency that assists citizens with information and advice in financial matters.

The Proctor and Gamble has awarded you $1.5 million dollars for the 1st place award. As of Oct 2011, they had sent out notice with no response which is the reason why your Agent Roy Hilenski has taken charge and is your case manager. He will assist you in activating an insurance policy for delivery.

Here is the information you requested for the payment of the delivery insurance policy. The total amount due for the policy is $999.00. This is a refundable deposit at the time of delivery by F.T.C. The manager of your case will assist you with complete instructions including financial assistance from the financial aid dept.

When the courier arrives they will need your photo ID and your signature. The courier will then give you an envelope with you check from Wachovia Bank, along with a 1099 Tax Exemption Form and a reimbursement check for your deposit. This delivery will take place once the financial aid dept. and you have posted the required deposits for the activation of the temporary insurance policy.
