I ordered $160.00 dollars mistakenly with Flex Seal. There was no add to cart, like other sites or be able to remove products that you didn't want. I called flex seal and the gals put it on hold so it wouldn't go through, then told me to call back at 4:00 the next day. I called at 8:00 and then at noon on Tuesday. I ordered this on Monday and it's Thursday today that I'm writing to you When I called at noon they said the order was already being processed and that I couldn't get my money back till it reaches my house and then I need to return and would get my money back within 2 to 4 weeks.

I tried to explain to them that I couldn't afford $160.00. Me and my husband are both on Social Security. My husband only making $648.00 a month. He did give me $75.00 to cover checks that would have bounced. The big problem is that I'm on 7 different medications and will not be able to get them because of this situation. Were also not able to buy meat or groceries because that came out of the $160.00, and we do not qualify for food stamps. A few more dollars and we would be able to do so.

Everytime I try and call these people I get a different answer, just a run around. PLEASE HELP US!!!!!! $160.00 isn't much to some people but it needed to last us till November. Again PLEASE HELP US!!!
