I had a fire in my house and they lost and misrepresented some of the furniture that could be restored and returned. I have contacted them and also sent them a notorized letter of the all the items. They requested a dollar amount in the next letter to me and I sent them another copy. Then they called me and asked me would I settle for $1,000 dollars and I told them that was unacceptable. Now they tell me that everything is being handled by their lawyer.
