I purchased a home in Palm Bay, Florida on a TV auction network. I feel they purposely gave false information about the home and the neighborhood it was located. I hired a building inspector, and he found termites, black mold in the bathroom, and non-conforming electrical wiring in the home. (I would not be able to get it insured). Since this company had purchased the home a month earlier and had cleaned the home, they had to have known of the problems, plus my inspector told me he found a sticker on the water heater that showed the home had an inspection a month ago. They refuse to give any of my money back. I live in Wisconsin and they didn't even have the right home indicated in t5he satellite photo.
