saw the commercial, went to website and bought one, got a tracking number, weeks later got a message package sent back because they left off my apt # finally got the thing set it up and found out 9 out of 10 titles won't work in Canada, it's a product made entirely for U.S. but they don't state that anywhere on website. their solution was download a vpn and hide my ip # i had a better one called uninstall
