I ordered two pair of boots from the website "www.uggbootsols.com" last week. They arrived today in a folded, plastic bag. VERY unprofessionally packed. I did not recieve any information at all about the shipping even though I e-mailed them (their e-mail adress are; [email protected] ) at least 4 times, three times from my private mail and once via their website.
I also tried two phone numbers, one they said would be customer service in the UK 020 32981909, and the other one was supposed to be customer service USA (347) 618-1538. None of these phone numbers worked. The UK number was out of use and there was no answer what so ever on the USA number.
On their website they claimed that u could "chat online with a customer service representative". But when you tried the "chat now"-link, the website just refreshed. There is no chat at all.
About the boots. They are VERY poorly produced with seams that will burst at any minute. Actually they've allready started to break apart. The boots are said to be made out of genuine sheep skin but they are really made of two separate layers. One outer layer that look like leather (but doesn't feel like it) and the inner second layer is just synthetic glued-on-wool.
There is no adress to return the items to. On the website it sais that you have to contact them for further information about returns, refunds or replacements, but since they're not responding to anything I've tried... well, do the math. :'(
