On May 16, 2013 this man calling himself Harry Johnson with a very heavy accent called me saying he was from Microsoft Windows technical support in New York and my computer was sending out a lot of error messages and was about to crash. He tried to get me to get onto my computer and download a bunch of files he claimed would fix the problems. I told him my husband was not home and I was not going to download anything without my husband being here. He wanted to know when he would be home, gave me his ID# of 7439, and said not to talk to any one but him about this. He did call back at the appointed time and tried to give my husband the same story. When my husband tried to get a phone number from him he would not give it to us. When my husband told him we were recording the conversation he hung up on us.
