The offer made on Google under the subject line was "Jevenue - free trial available". The requirement to receive goods was that a credit card number be supplied to cover postage. Providing this information in good faith, I was suprised by a subsequent VISA card entry (processed on 12th September 2011) for $AU$85.21. Then further to my dismay another VISA card entry (processed 27th September 2011) for $AU$94.64 !
No cost price was stated. This is contrary to contract law. For a contract to be enforced there must be "consideration" or price. I cannot contact the company. I intend to apply to have the VISA entry concelled.
