told by us capital to get a loan needed to get a green dot moneypak card with 150. on it and then i would get loan in 90mins. 5hrs later the phone is no longer in service. I am on disablity and now i dont have the money for meds, food and bills. I dont know what to do...feel like killing myself for falling for this

I called them again this am and the wanted my bank acct. info again. I said no i wanted money they stole back on paypal card. His name is David Morrison, phone # 914-810-0009.
