I have tried ordering a Virtual Credit Card from this website http://www.instantvirtualvisacards.com/
first i have ordered 75$ card for 83$.
no card was delivered and the site asked me to pay 1.99$ for registration, when i paid it nothing happenned.
i have asked the support of staff and they asked me to order 5$ card and they can transfer other card balance into it.
when i ordered 5$ card all of my Liberty reserve balance got transferred into there website account. i guess there site is made to do some scam like this.
now they confirm they have got funds, but they are saying they cannot refund, i need to order again. i have tried 3 times and lost money all the times.
they are not refunding the money now.
