This non stick surface is a big fraud. If any frying oil is on the pan it migrates to the outer areas where you don't want it.
everything sticks to it, not like the commercial shows it. A teflon surface is better for sure. But I purchased the orgreenic pan because I did not want any teflon inside myself as it does come off and get into the food and nobody knows about the long term effect it will have.
