My 89 year old grandmother thought medicare called to verify her information. I have been calling every other day for over 30 days to get a refund and I have been getting the run around. I have been disconnected, told the refund was processed and to wait 14 days and told it was processed a second time with NO refund. I will keep calling every day until we get our money back. This company is a scam.
