I thought I had renewed my subcription for the year, and when I called a number, I got a recorded message saying I had to pay my subcription fee which I had already done. I could not get hold of any person to talk to except through text message. Whoever was on the other line told me that the company never got my subcription renewel after I had already sent it in through computer last week. I tried to resolve the issue and I couldn't even get a phone number so I could speak with a live person. I kept getting refered to a place where I had to give out my password, which I did four times and got no response. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a company. At least this company could list phone numbers where they can be reached. I would tell their president that I guess I'll have to get a new phone service, since these clowns don't have the common sense to have a phone number where they can be reached. If this is the way they treat a customer, they shouldn't even be in business.
