Two charges in my new small business account overdrew my account twice. Bankcard machine was never used but once according to original setup with my business bank account. I was told to charge $1.00 using another account debit card. For this on 4/2 was charged 18.10 which caused an overdraft and a $23.00 bank charge. On 4/16 I did the same thing to make sure the machine was working before a trade show (during which I never used the machine, and on 5/2 was charged 51.98 which caused another overdraft with a bank charge of 23.00. I want this account with whoever it is that's charging my account and don't know what company is doing this. Can you help?
